1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of the ph39 website, mobile interface, games, betting services, promotions, and all related features (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all users of the ph39 Platform, including registered account holders and visitors who browse without registering.

ph39 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the ph39 Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules or promotional terms published on the Platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the ph39 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations and PAGCOR compliance requirements.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of ph39 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the ph39 Platform or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.

ph39 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be held by individuals who do not meet the eligibility criteria will be suspended immediately, and any funds held in such accounts may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the ph39 Platform, you must register for an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.
• Register only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. ph39 may use technical and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts, and any accounts identified as duplicates may be closed without notice.
• Keep your ph39 login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential. You must not share your account access with any third party.
• Notify ph39 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

ph39 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where ph39 reasonably suspects that the information provided is inaccurate, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.

Account registration and use of the ph39 Platform is personal to you. You may not transfer, sell, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any other person.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ph39 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). ph39 supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank online banking, among others available on the Platform at the time of transaction.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your ph39 account upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. ph39 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed full KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to verification requirements.
• ph39 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been met.

ph39 complies with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations under Philippine law. ph39 may request supporting documentation — including government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method — before processing any withdrawal.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ph39 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. ph39 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• ph39 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may result in account suspension.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the ph39 Platform — including live casino games, slots, bingo, jackpot bingo, and sports betting — are governed by individual game rules published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

ph39 uses certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology for all applicable games. Payout rates are independently audited. ph39 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, ph39 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the player's account. ph39's decision in such matters is final.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph39 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating in games or sports betting.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party, including minors.

9. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the ph39 Platform without the prior written consent of ph39.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ph39 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

ph39's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph39 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph39 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

11. Privacy & Data

ph39 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the ph39 Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ph39 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and ph39 cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Amendments

ph39 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Where the amendments are material, ph39 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
